Enjoyed speaking at National Institute for Health and Care Research BRC #EDI meeting on using natural language processing w/ HR data to assess Imperial NHS 💙 inclusive recruitment strategies. We found % ethnic minority candidates offered a senior role increased over time but still lots of opporutnities to improve.
