1/4 Dear colleagues and friends, I wanted to let you all know that last month I stepped down from my position as Deputy CAHPO. Last year I took an employment break to spend more time with my family & I’ve decided that I want to continue to offer this precious time to them.

This is a study looking at absorption across different patches and different areas of the body. The study showed that some patches stick better than others and that absorption varied depending on where on the body the patch was applied.    Absorption through the skin is affected

At 16yo, my psychiatrist asked what career i wanted, I said a mental health nurse, he laughed& said i wldnt achieve this because i would “spend the rest of my life in/out of hospital” Well, i did it ✌🏼 Dont put patients in boxes, we can achieve anything we want if supported well.
