This summer's going to look a little different for me... I'm extremely happy to be embarking on this most challenging+rewarding new adventure! Feeling exhausted but so grateful for the support I've received from friends+colleagues. If I'm slow to respond this summer, this is why!

I am on maternity leave with a 12-day-old newborn, and yet I am currently forced to work thanks to masters theses that need approval, equipment/funding issues for my students heading to the field this week, and other impt grant management things. Is ML as an AP even possible?! 😩

I just discovered I set up my email auto reply incorrectly and it was sending an old response saying I’m in Alaska conducting fieldwork! So if you got that reply, please know I am most definitely NOT doing fieldwork with my newborn baby 😂 (in fact I barely left the couch today)
