Today a petition for the socialization of the real estate of Credit Suisse Bank starts in Switzerland! The petition is launched by various tenant groups in Bern, Basel and Zurich and is strongly inspired by the campaigns in Berlin (Expropriate Deutsche Wohnen & Co) and Hamburg.

„The real estate portfolio of Credit Suisse Funds AG should be protected from the yield-driven interests of UBS and transferred to common ownership. This is intended to secure sustainable affordable living and working space, which is urgently needed in the cities in particular."
