Traffic in Cambridge is a serious issue & should go beyond general election Tory conference leaflet soundbites. Yesterday I visited Stagecoach hearing from them that most of the bus delays are due to congestion. Public transport cannot work without considering traffic measures.

The French government has launched a “bike bonus” subsidy of up to €2,000, aimed at supporting people on lower incomes. It is valid for new and used cycles. The largest subsidy is available for disabled people and there’s also €1,000 for businesses who switch to cargo bikes.
