I attended the CSIRO_ATNF Radio School in Narrabri last week with some of the Mount Stromlo crew 📡🧲 I fulfilled my dream of climbing onto an antenna, and learned heaps about interferometry! I’m excited to be starting my own observing with ATCA tomorrow 🤞🏼

It was a great experience presenting a talk at an international conference for the first time! I’m looking forward to many more in the future ✨ #AstroTDU

Monday marked my last day of observing with the CSIRO_ATNF ATCA telescope for my first PhD project! Now to reduce the data ….

Last month, I attended the Cosmic Magnetism in the Pre-SKA Era conference in Japan. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to present my work on corkscrew radio galaxies. I had some great discussions and left with a lot of new connections and research ideas.

I was nominated to attend the 73rd Lindau Nobel Laureate meeting by Nobel Laureate Prof. Brian Schmidt Brian P Schmidt. The opening ceremony is tomorrow! I am so excited to learn from the Laureates and inspiring young scientists in attendance! #LINO24

I was fortunate to be supported by the Australian Academy of Science and the Science and Industry Endowment Fund to attend a Berlin Innovation Tour prior to #LINO24. We had the chance to learn about Germany’s rich history, and how it has shaped the research environment here.
