I see that police said they do not believe this was a case of IPV. Doesn’t change my comments here.

They did not say it wasn’t family violence. That’s different. It could & often does involve mental illness.

We still can’t afford to treat these issues as private matters.

👉 See it: Be aware of common warning signs of IPV so you know it when you see it.

👉 Name it: For what it is, to yourself, and to the person you’re concerned about.

👉 Check it: For danger, for yourself and reach out for community expertise.
