Week before race food: With the oatmeal gone it's smoothie time. This morning's is blueberry-cherry-chocolate protein powder-oatmeal. And some basic banana bread I made last night. Carbo loading begins on a gentle escalation today. 2 days until race day! 🏃🏻‍♀️

Woot! 🎉 No knee blow outs or cramping problems. Took a more conservative pace to protect my legs in the end. But what a beautiful course!
