Officers are in the 2700 Block of Kollmar Dr investigating an officer involved shooting that occurred in response to a call of an adult male suspect actively firing a firearm. No officers were struck by gunfire. The suspect has been transported to a local hospital with life

5/19/24 at 5PM, the IPA responded to and was provided information at the scene of an officer involved shooting. The subject shot at officers; he was shot. No officers were shot. IPA will attend a PD press briefing today at 3:00 and will continue to monitor SJPD and the DA's case.

The IPA attended the graduation of the 48th Police Academy Class. Congratulations to the graduates.

After attending the Mayor's State of the City presentation Saturday morning, IPA Eddie Aubrey, participated in community cleanup projects at Happy Hollow. Eddie's team and another team were tasked with the cleanup of part of the Coyote Creek area. Morning well spent.
