Every WhatsApp group of doctors I am part of is abuzz with self congratulatory hyperbolic messages on reduced sentence for medical negligence. For perspective Healthcare in India is one of the least regulated & has one of lowest litigation & conviction rates in the world.

Indian Drs migrating to foreign countries have every right to do so. But blaming it on overwork, less pay, Ayush, reservation is a very old rationalization trick. Worse is pontificating from abroad. Even worse powerful proscience fighters wading simplisticaly into social science
