Last night, Sandy Roberts and I were tasked to host a panel with Olympic 1500m Gold Medalist Cole and his Coach Ben Thomas, as part of the 50th Virginia 10 Miler. It was an honor. Amazing people and was a blast seeing all the young runners ask questions, take selfies & get inspired!
