Starting at 39K this morning. Not sure how far I'll get, any new words, sentences, paragraphs, and pages would be good. Coffee is at the ready.

Ack. I've got one non-anglo last name that I never remember how I spelled from occurrence to occurrence, so I highlight it, with the intension of going back and fixing it during editing.

Stopping this morning at 40K even. I really good morning of writing for me. If only I could figure out how to make this happen more often.

Ugh. I've been trying to fix up the scene I worked on last week--it's better, but I think I'm going to end up deleting several paragraphs/whole page. In the long run it's not much, except everything feels like a huge effort these days.

Managed to smooth things out a bit last night as well, so I think I can finally progress with the chapter. Nearly to the halfway point, I think.
