Apple’s tax sweetheart deal was contrary to #EUStateAid law. #ECJ confirms Commission’s decision & sets aside the judgment of the #EUGeneralCourt. Huge win for EU Competition - on the same day that the #GoogleShopping fine is upheld. More when I’ve had time to read the judgment!
