Tomorrow is my last day at NHS Herefordshire & Worcestershire as I leave the NHS 🥹 I've been reflecting over the past five years & all of the incredible people I've met. We've achieved so much as a system & I'm proud to have been part of it. Thank you for all of your energy, enthusiasm & kindness 💐✨️

After 500 hugs, lots of gifts & cards, I bid farewell to my dream team. Working at the ICB has meant working with the most amazing people who I will miss dearly 🥹 Ending Thursday on a bittersweet note, but starting Friday on my A Game in the new role 🌟

We need action to tackle unsafe staffing levels before it's too late. Nurses are already burnt out and broken by the burden of responsibility. This is the time to act. It has to happen now. There were strong feelings at our Safe Staffing Summit at RCN headquarters today.
