Unfortunately, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD is not fully funded due to a flaw in the school finance system that penalizes CFISD for offering a 20% local homestead exemption for taxpayers. Taxpayers save $ 😁but CFISD is shorted $63M annually 😫 Hope #txlege can address this in 89th. Greg Abbott
