Individuals cost us week in week out yet carrick is the one people go for. Be careful what you wish for. Hackney should be the one getting all the blame for today

Lost every single battle, defence terrible as usual and it doesn’t help when you have a captain who clearly doesn’t lead by example

Gibson making the correct decision, you don’t sack your manager when the going gets tough. Too many clubs do it and less than a handful work out. It only takes a few positive results and we are back in the play offs.

Carrick signing, starting and not subbing off Whittaker and Iheanacho until around the 85th minute is some of the worst decisions I’ve seen in recent times. 2 of the most lazy players you will ever see on a football pitch and will most likely cost Carrick his job

Dijksteel dropping a performance like that in a big game where teams around us lost is so so poor. Just about sums up our season however I do believe play offs is still in our hands. Win the last 2 and we are there. Will be typical of us to do it.

Just to remind everyone it is still 100% in Boro’s hands. I was there today and to go from thinking we would be 2-0 up to losing was hard to take. But it’s not over. UTB

You can easily criticise his in game management and poor decisions and for the most part I agree. The club have sold key first team assets in January. If you want promotion, you don’t do that. If he does go, Cooper is 100% not a step forward with his negative/boring football.
