Know a cool undergrad who might want to work with the Furey Lab on seabird prey selection this summer? Encourage them to apply here: seagrant.unh.edu/fellowships/do… photo: Tim Briggs
UNH showing they do not care about all students, as they claim to, by saying they cannot not host a speaker due to their “offensive” (transphobic) agenda they will be discussing throughout the talk. Disgusted with this response Michael Blackman University of New Hampshire. Transphobia is NOT okay.
If you are on University of New Hampshire campus, come by the strafford room in the MUB for access to safe sex supplies, medically accurate information, and NH specific resources!! Too bad @UNHPrez forced the pro choice event to be cancelled, but we will still be there!
This event was not only fun to host, but also extremely rewarding. Thanks Dr. Easton White !
About three weeks ago, Ana 🐟 (she/her) , Faith Frings, and I hosted the first ever Day as a Scientist event! We’ve spent the past year creating this event, and couldn’t be more proud of the outcome. COLSA University of New Hampshire unh.edu/unhtoday/2023/…
In case you missed it: Here's a presentation I gave at the Alaska Sea Grant Wakefield Symposium on some of my masters research! In short: immature female snow crab had a varying response to lagged bottom temperatures across the Bering Sea Shelf!
