I'm truly disappointed to see this graffiti in my constituency. I've spoken with the Federation & am glad to hear the city is working to remove it ASAP. Everyone deserves to be able to feel safe in our communities. We can't allow any room for the growth of antisemitism. #ableg

Back-to-school with the UCP means math problems, class size problems, and funding problems. Do you think Danielle Smith can solve them?

Alberta, we face many challenges, but the lives of our transgender neighbors are not one of them. Let's focus on creating a future where every Albertan feels safe, welcome, and affirmed. Together, we can build a province where everyone thrives. #TransRights

Weekends. Paid overtime. Kids in school instead of in the work force. And so much more that I'm grateful to the labour movement for. Thank you to the workers who show up everyday.

Students are still waiting for their loans from Alberta Student Aid to be processed. Year after year, we continue to see more students relying on loans to help them deal with affordability challenges. 1/2 #AbLeg #AbPoli #AbPse

10 years of headwinds for the Green Line Calgary in the form of delays, inflation, changing market factors and opposition doesn't change the fact that the case for mass transit in Calgary is incredibly strong. Its mind numbing that we are where we are right now. #yyc #yyccc 1/2

The UCP does not care about Calgarians. Rather than fund this absolutely necessary piece of infrastructure, they'd rather pick fights and waste money. It's the only thing they're good at. It’s time to build the Green Line and build the city we deserve.

Naheed Nenshi (@nenshi) 's Twitter Profile Photo

What construction companies will want to bid on projects in Alberta when their government contracts could be broken at any moment? The UCP’s politically-motivated decision on the Green Line hurts businesses, our economy, and Albertans.

Samir Kayande 🇺🇦🧡 (@samirkayande) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Cancelling the Green Line means more bumper-to-bumper traffic with no relief. Nobody is asking for that. Just like nobody is asking for more dangerous jobs at lower pay and for their CPP to be taken away. We need a government that cares about you. #FinanceFriday

It’s hard to build big things in Canada right now, and it’s crushing our economy. Here’s an example of the UCP wrecking a good, job-creating project for no reason. And that means fewer jobs, worse pay, less growth, and a continued infrastructure deficit.

Dr. Luanne Metz (@luanne_metz) 's Twitter Profile Photo

After they damaged the renewable sector the UCP are now harming the building sector. and creating general distrust in government by contractors. And they are making the infrastructure deficit worse.

The UCP’s decision to kill Calgary Greenline has huge consequences for this City and the province. It will certainly result in investment uncertainty, capital flight and a huge job loss. Still, NOT ONE UCP MLA from Calgary defied gag orders and stood up for Calgary. #ableg #yyc

The UCP made every major public works project in Alberta more expensive by killing the Green Line. Business relies on predictability, and by removing certainty, this govt has ensured that bidders will either charge more or go somewhere less risky.
