Flight from Victoria,BC got delayed, missed connecting flight to London, stranded. Air Canada staff rude,not helpful.Poor customer service. Was told it’s not their responsibility to rebook or find hotel to stay since I didn’t book direct via Air Canada #CustomerService #airline
