(1/3) Even though the number of #COVID19 cases are rising here in NL, it’s important to to remember that all the preemptive measures, like #SocialDistancing, we are taking are about slowing the spread of the #coronavirus, not stopping it in it’s tracks.

(2/3) There will definitely be more positive cases announced in the coming days, but this is not something to get frustrated over. It doesn’t mean the measures aren’t working or health officials don’t know what they’re doing.

(3/3) Please continue to follow the instructions from health officials. This is literally a matter of life and death for some. The only way we can effectively fight this is if we are all in this together.
