A key judgment at the ECtHR today - Lithuania complicit in the CIA's kidnap, secret detention and torture of Mr al-Hawsawi (still held at Guantanamo, >20yrs after his disappearance into global torture prog). In the face of ongoing govt secrecy/denial, this is a v imp victory.
