I lost my littler girl yesterday, I thought I was prepared & ready, but the pain ever since has been absolutely unbearable. It’s triggered really intense thoughts/emotions. I honestly don’t know how to get through it My beautiful Millie, my heart is shattered 🩷 #petloss

Can anyone help? Does pet grief get easier? Am I feeling it more intensely because of my existing MH suffering/trauma? I never expected to feel this pain or this low. I feel my safety, grounding, everything has just shattered having panic attacks which I havent in a while too
