The NHRA New England Nationals drag weekend proved to be a great success. Not only did Safety-Kleen sponsored driver Doug Kalitta from Kalitta Motorsports earn the Top Fuel title, we also collected 1,400 gallons of used motor oil to be re-refined into clean motor oil!

We’re excited to be featured on Netflix's new series, “Resurrected Rides!" Crew members used our parts washer and absorbents, and we collected their used motor oil – to create our KLEEN+ re-refined base oil – along with oil filters and paint waste that will all be recycled.

A big congrats to Kyle Busch, who drove the Safety-Kleen sponsored Spire Motorsports Chevy to victory lane over the weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway. This marks the eighth trophy for Busch at the track in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, a terrific accomplishment!

INDYCAR kicked off their season last weekend with the Firestone Grand Prix on the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida. Safety-Kleen Motorsports was on hand, set up and ready to reclaim all the fluids the teams produce. This included Team Penske, pictured in the Recycle Center.

Safety-Kleen teams and drivers have been busy the past few weeks finding their way to Victory Lane. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the coming weekend and how much hardware our drivers will take home!

We had a monster-sized event last week as Grave Digger and ThunderROARus paid a visit to our corporate office ahead of their Monster Jam Jam show at Gillette Stadium. Employees and their families had a blast getting an up-close look at these iconic trucks.

Strong showing for Safety-Kleen’s Thad Moffitt at the ARCA Menards Series General Tire 200 at Talladega Superspeedway this past weekend! Thad finished second overall, just 0.069 behind the top spot. Thad and his team are looking forward to building on the momentum of the result.

We were part of a special piece of NHRA history last Sunday when Shawn Langdon/Team Kalitta won the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals - the 1,000th Top Fuel race in NHRA history! Safety-Kleen is a proud partner of Team Kalitta and it was thrilling to share in this very memorable moment!
