13th St has a buffered bike lane. Companies like @ups FedEx Julius Silvert W.B. Mason Co. abuse this lane. Businesses like El Vez, Square One Coffee, Barbuzzo Restaurant benefit from this abuse. The PPA occasionally tickets, but never tows even though this is a tow away zone. #bikephl
