Said after the Hull game..being certs for the play offs since March gave us chance to experiment but doing so at the expense of confidence & momentum would B a risk. Were looking like a team devoid of urgency or cutting edge right now & that casts doubt over RLBs whole strategy

If you don’t walk to talk about momentum going into the playoffs, how about young players confidence? In themselves & their team mates…. Because THAT was shocking

Fun fact. Some of us thought this group were good enough for a top 2 place just a few short months ago. We finished 24 points off it.

Ticketmaster clearly do not give a monkeys about how their brand is perceived or the problems they cause fans. I’m glad we’ve sacked them off - they clearly aren’t up to the task & should never have been trusted to do the job ticketmasteruk

I once went to Cairo & felt my stomach turned by the pitiful display of humanity & the desperate squalor they lived in. Anyway.. back to Coventry. Haway the lads!!!!

Happy to admit that I had us down as massive underdogs tonight for all sorts of reasons, but RLB got it spot on with selection & tactics while every player stepped up when it mattered. What a result - get in!! 🔴⚪️

I make no apologies for sharing the same media you’ve already seen countless times today. I’m still in a state of utter disbelief no matter how many times I rewatch. THAT was fucking incredible 😍!

We’ve got our wish to go to Wembley but the other team have at least had the consolation of being able to get lots of bites on social media as they try & to embed this contrived rivalry they think they have with us. Let’s focus on Wembley, enjoy the moment & ignore them 🔴⚪️🔴

I never saw Sunderland win at Goodison on my many visits but it was always one of my favourite grounds given its similarity to Roker Park & its surrounds. Great to see its send off today, bringing back memories of May 97 for the oldies amongst us. Everton are a proper club.

Considering the size of our crowds our clubs matchday income is poor. I hope the club have some ideas to get fans into the vicinity of the SoL earlier & then optimising the fan/club relationship through ancillary sales of food & drink / club merchandise.

Before the sale of Ross Stewart, I believe the last player we bought and made a profit on was Patrick Van Aanholt, before that it was Simon Mignolet. We’re going to make £50m+ profit from 3 players in 3 windows and sold an academy graduate with 6 starts for £10m. It is good.
