Months of hard training. Achilles tendonitis, peri-menopause and a twisted ankle have been my gremlins but, this morning, I completed my last long run. A midnight 27 miler. Now, to taper, in readiness for running 204-miles non stop in 2 weeks. #ultrarunner #trailrunnner

I can guarantee you. If you invite me to a running community celebration event. I’m bringing the big energy and SABS HUGS for days! I love running. I love making change. I love being a community creator. The future looks good on us!
