one unknown number called me today about 6:55am, and since i wasn't in my nice attitude flavor, i gave him a piece of it. 40mins later, after picking myself up, i called, apologized and hopefully cured his and my day. ...sad to say, sometimes, callers need such flavors too 🤪

i totally agree with you. there is no harm in identifying oneself but some people expect us to remember their voices or even numbers when the closest we've ever interacted is just a hi or even nothing at all. soft skills and l/earning them is a life long journey for us all.
