The “Indus vs Vedic” divide is a false binary. Archaeology & textual studies show deep continuity: the Pashupati seal reflects Rudra–Shiva, Indus ritual motifs appear in early Vedic culture, and many IVC practices survive inside what later becomes Hindu tradition.

The problem isn’t India appropriating IVC — it’s that we Pakistanis abandoned our own roots, choosing Arab–Turk–Persian identities while ignoring the civilisation formed on our own soil. Modern India preserves much of that civilisational continuity; Pakistan largely rejected it.
