Yesterday was a very dark and dreadful day. Much strength to all who have lost their loved ones.. this is not a small number and with experienced crew and pilots, this tragedy is really not easy to get over. My thoughts with all who are flying today. Its not going to be easy...😭

I have my own experience. Same paper, different affiliations. With my PhD affiliation (UK): 3–4 submissions, no desk rejections. With my current affiliation (Indonesia) multiple desk rejections, even from lower-ranked journals. Finally manage to publish it, after 12 attempts.
