Christoph Nitsche et al. recently introduced Sb(III)-centered bicyclic peptides and conducted stability evaluations, establishing them as an additional class of single-element bicyclic peptides. #AusJChem #OpenAccess Details- publish.csiro.au/CH/CH24094 Christoph Nitsche ANU Research School of Chemistry

Thank you so much Prof. Tamamura et al. for hosting me in Tokyo this week! Also a great opportunity to catch up with lab alumnus Sven Ullrich who recently moved to the Suga Lab as a Feodor Lynen Fellow Humboldt-Stiftung.

When I started my PhD ANU Research School of Chemistry, I never dreamed I’d be awarded the prestigious Cornforth Medal from Royal Australian Chemical Institute. Deeply grateful for all the opportunities and the support from Christoph Nitsche, collaborators and peers — more to come UTokyo | 東京大学 Humboldt-Stiftung! #RACIAwards2024

A fantastic turnout at the Royal Australian Chemical Institute ACT Awards & End-of-Year Night! Celebrating 50 years of membership for John Bell, the Postgraduate Student Travel Award for Peter Hall (ANU Research School of Chemistry), and the Cornforth Medal & John A. Carver Award for our lab alumnus Sven Ullrich. Congrats!!!

Congratulations to Sven Ullrich, BishvanweshaPanda, and Upamali Somathilake from ANU Research School of Chemistry on their latest paper in Chemical Communications, exploring non-symmetric peptide and protein stapling using native sequences. doi.org/10.1039/D4CC04…

Thrilled to share my first work as co-first author, now published in Chemical Communications: Non-Symmetric Cysteine Stapling in Native Peptides and Proteins!! Huge thanks to my amazing lab colleagues Sven Ullrich Upamali Somathilake and supervisor Christoph Nitsche for the support.doi.org/10.1039/D4CC04…

We are excited to share with you, this NEW Communication Article 'Non-symmetric cysteine stapling in native peptides and proteins' from Christoph Nitsche & first authors Sven Ullrich & Bishvanwesha Panda buff.ly/4iRXsAx

Our final paper of 2024, focused on the biocompatible synthesis of macrocyclic thiazole peptides, is now published in OBC! Huge congratulations to Minghao Shang and Junming He from our team ANU Research School of Chemistry! Excited for what’s to come in 2025! doi.org/10.1039/D4OB01…

Wonderful news to share from the Nitsche group ANU Research School of Chemistry right before the start of 2025! Congratulations to PhD student Minghao Shang and PI Christoph Nitsche on the new publication in OBC 💯🎊

In case you missed it: 'Non-symmetric cysteine stapling in native peptides and proteins' from Christoph Nitsche & first authors Sven Ullrich & Bishvanwesha Panda pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…

Check out our latest edition of peptide-bismuth macrocycles and their conjugation to nanobodies for theranostic applications, just published in Chemistry. Huge congratulations to Lani Davies, Pritha Ghosh ANU Research School of Chemistry, and our lab alumni Sauhta and Sven Ullrich. doi.org/10.1002/chem.2…

Using our biocompatible chemistry, we can assemble branched and macrocyclic peptides directly on folded proteins. Congrats to Sven Ullrich, Santhanalaxmi Kumaresan, Marina Rahman, BishvanweshaPanda and Richard Morewood on their paper just published in Chemical Communications! doi.org/10.1039/D4CC06…

We developed a method to assemble branched and cyclic peptides directly on the surface of proteins using a biocompatible tag. Check out the latest publication of Christoph Nitsche ANU Research School of Chemistry in Chemical Communications: doi.org/10.1039/d4cc06…
