I told a recruiting company that I felt excluded by their sexist marketing language. They replied: "data specialist is a male word" and that therefore "it would be a mistake to use she/her". They added a screenshot of a dictionary to prove their point....😒😡

So impressed and deeply moved by this powerful data vis of @SonjaKuijpers ... Got my vote!
