Unionized city workers at this rally were advocating for their pensions to be divested as well.

Doesn’t matter how peaceful you are when the only language the state speaks is violence.

Speaker at the NYC May Day rally from Local 2110 UAW right now calling for UAW itself to divest from Israel-related investments. Not a demand that has been aired much in union world but could be meaningful given the size of the investment accounts of big unions and their pensions.
