People with moderate-severe depression often find it very difficult to engage with exercise. We don't need more reviews telling us the benefits. We need more resources/services that actually help people get more active.

The relationship between depression & widespread pain is bidirectional and causal. Untreated depression is common and does a disservice to patients with pain. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

Many people with widespread pain get labelled with multiple regional pain diagnostic labelling despite the evidence that co-occuring pain is usually not random and there are strong link to broader psychosocial factors. link.springer.com/article/10.118…
