This is a redundant argument. Constitutional change can be a positive and transformational discussion in our society. Instead of using the past as an endless excuse to avoid the conversation, why don't we all embrace it in an inclusive and respectful fashion?

I find this a remarkable admission from unionism, given they have no alternative to devolved government. In contrast , there is a fairly obvious alternative on the nationalist side
