I like to think that there is some good in all people and am confused why some work so hard to conceal that. I support the ALP. Atheist. No DMs, please

In searching for a new leader of the Liberal Party , there could be a move to draft Josh Frydenberg. Problem is the Liberals no longer hold any seats in the leafy well-healed Melbourne suburbs where he might, and I say might, have some appeal.

In Queensland, no separate Liberal or National candidates, they stand as single Liberal National Party of Queensland. Those elected decide which caucus to join in Canberra. If all go to Nationals, that party will be biggest in Coalition and Littleproud will be Opposition Leader.

I watched the media conference by Sussan Ley and Ted O'Brien. Never seen such a weak performance. Opening statements from both were just pure waffle. And neither could answer questions directly and honestly. Good to see the Liberal Party is in such good hands! 🤣🤣

If Libs and Nats get back together again, 6 or 7 Libs will have to lose shadow positions and the extra salary. That’s going to make for a happy marriage - not!

These are the people who thought they could run the country. They couldn’t run the proverbial piss-up in a brewery.

When both the “Australian” and “Sky News” are against Jim Chalmer’s plans, you can be certain he is on to a winner!

Trump wanted a big impressive military parade. Sorry Don, but it was silly choosing the same day as the Trooping the Colours in London. The Brits know how to do the military parade, your lot don’t.

Have to wonder if the American bombing of Iran is just a huge dummy spit by Trump because his military parade was an embarrassing flop and Mark Carney wouldn’t take any nonsense from him at the G7 Meeting. He’s trying to tell us he is still big and powerful. One big ego trip!

Sexual assaults of any kind are repugnant. Those on young infants are absolutely horrific. But surely, less than 24 hours after the case was made public, parents’ priorities should be welfare of their children and not rushing off to lawyers to try to gain financial compensation.
