Truth.

Spent hours traipsing around the shops to get some holiday gear and came home with just a tshirt and a pair of shorts 🤦🏽‍♀️

Can someone send some motivation my way. Committed to myself I'd get to the gym or go for a swim this evening. I'm currently lying on my bed, half in my swim gear for the last 25 minutes and going nowhere fast 🤦🏽‍♀️ #makeithappen

Considering the last time I was in the pool was 21st March, I'm pretty happy with today and 4 new PBs for 100m, 200m, 400m & 1500m 🙌🏼 All the same, may have overdone it a bit physically. ☠️ #Mc2025 #makeithappen
