"Rhetorical ramblings" erases Trump's repetition of propaganda themes designed to create enemies and convince people a "strongman" is needed to defeat them. Dehumanizing others as vermin is not just dark and angry. It is authoritarian rhetoric drawn from Fascism and Communism.
