Sharron is right. It is now safe to say something. Maybe it’s just an anonymous post, maybe it’s a quiet word, perhaps it’s a polite “no” to pronouns in an email. Perhaps it’s bigger and louder, it doesn’t matter. Whatever it is, do it now. This “now” matters profoundly.
