Looking for participants from either the South of England or Mainland China, who can come into UCL for a pupil dilation study. Get in touch with me or Guo Ruohan ([email protected]) if you're interested.

This week we had a double-whammy for our final Lab lunch of the semester. Brilliant talks given by our very own PhD students on their current research Ryan Shaw-Hawkins (they/them) and Beth Beattie And it was a FUN one! 1/3

Ryan Shaw-Hawkins (they/them) presented their research on variation in /l/ and (ING) production in non-binary speech. The significant findings were fascinating and we can't wait to see the next stages 2/3

Yesterday our PhD students Ryan Shaw-Hawkins (they/them) & Lucy Jackson were the invited speakers for UofG English Lang & Ling Research Seminar. Ryan and Lucy gave excellent talks on their current work & received wonderful feedback as they advance in their PhDs. We're proud of our #GULP team! 🙌

#RamadanMubarak to all our UofG students, colleagues, alumni and friends observing the holy month of #Ramadan. #OneTeamUofG UofG Equality
