Thanks to Largs Academy Science for hosting science staff from across North Ayrshire today. RoySocChem Scottish Education facilitated a day of professional learning that covered inclusive science teaching, practical workshops, sustainability and allowed us to create and strengthen connections.

Higher Chemists undertaking the RoySocChem Scottish Education Chemical Analyst competition

Some of our S2 pupils were taking part in the Chemistry at Work event hosted by RoySocChem Scottish Education at University of Glasgow Chemistry. They had four lab challenges to complete and then an element emoji quiz. All Holyrood Secondary pupils had a great time and loved seeing the University lab🧪
