Simplicity is the virtue. This is something I learned again and again during the years of developing ReScript : all the complex dev tools are replaced with some simple & robust ones. We need reliable tools, not fancy ones.

I *love* doing demos for prospective customers. Especially when they've deeply felt the pain the product is solving & straight up end the call with: "where have you been all my life?" Wish more engineers were exposed to this while working at big companies. It's so motivating.
