For some godawful reason and against my better judgement, I feel like weighing in on the Liver Doc vs Vidit debate. It is hurtful for Vidit to have someone discredit his family online. Although, liver doc did not know say his father is a bad Ayurvedic migraine specialist, or

I found it ironic that I’d have to take a car to reach my gym that was about a kilometre away. But, open flouting of traffic rules, lack of pedestrian-friendly infra, broken roads, lack of well-lit roads, safety issues, pollution… Delhi’s no longer built for its people.

I’m gonna hold your hand when I say this: Healing isn’t just about feeling better. It’s about becoming better at feeling. The podcasts, gym, your routine isn’t the only work you’ve got to do. Learn how to regulate when you want to get harsh. Let me explain.

Thinking of about those precious interactions one has while travelling or just existing alone - long conversations w/ strangers whose names you never end up asking. You know that once you say goodbye, you won’t be able to reach them again. There’s something so poetic about that.
