Bittersweet find during photo archive tidy-up. Mark Hughes, Tony Dodgins and the sorely missed Simon Arron 🇪🇺. 2006 #BahrainGP
In a couple of weeks, I’ll be tackling a charity bike ride to help raise funds for British Heart Foundation. Heart disease affects millions… All support is hugely valuable, so if you have a bob or two to spare, click on the link below. ❤️ *THANK YOU* ❤️ justgiving.com/page/anthony-r…
Brilliant (if soggy) day on the British Heart Foundation London-Brighton off-road. Sincere thanks to all those who helped me raise more than £800 for the charity. Special mention, too, for Damon Hill, who joined for some of the trickiest sections and showed he’s lost none of his flair on two wheels.
Wading through CD (!) photo archive. Found these 2006 shots of an orange (pre-Papaya) McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team MP4-20 in a race bay. Then Pedro de la Rosa testing an early MP4-21 at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Gorgeous cars, very handy driver. (No pic credit but most likely LAT.) #F1
Wonderful interview with Damon Hill, channelled via the soft hands of Donald McRae: theguardian.com/sport/2025/jun…
A seasonal plug for a recent collaboration with Getty Images and ACC Art Books. Maybe there’s an #F1 fan in your life who'd like to see 75 years of #F1 wrapped up under the tree?🎄
Highlights from the 1964 British/European GP, which was held at the Brands Hatch Circuit. Jim Clark, driving the Lotus-Climax took victory from Graham Hill, in the BRM (by just 2.8 seconds) & John Surtees, driving for Ferrari. Damon Hill F1 Stats & No Bants Formula One History
