It's been an absolute pleasure to work with Mind in West Cumbria over the last year as our nominated Charity of the Year. This week we met with Dr Brian Campbell, Chairman of Mind in West Cumbria, who told us how much we have helped them over the last year.

Next week marks #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. I am proud to be supporting Cumbria Police again this year by giving information on exercise and wellbeing for all officers and staff on the 13th May at Workington Police Station Allerdale Police
