Almost 100 people taking part in the 2nd 'Defibrillator Awareness Walk' in Washington today to highlight the importance of learning CPR and the availability of AEDs. Our team members were there with Sparky & Casey to see off the start of the walk. WEL Medical Ltd RotaryNorthEast

Slow down 'Sparky' & 'Casey' - this is a walk around Washington to raise awareness of CPR and defibrillators and not a run. You were told it is a 20mph speed limit!!! RotaryNorthEast WEL Medical Ltd

Team member Tom Sharples visited Sunderland Bridge this evening to deliver a CPR/AED familiarisation session for local residents. This followed the recent siting of a defibrillator in the village outside St Bartholomews Church #keepthebeat WEL Medical Ltd RotaryNorthEast

Disappointing when we see this. Please ensure that your community defibrillator is maintained and updated on the national defibrillator database - 'The Circuit' thecircuit.uk It could well save someone's life💗💗Not North East Ambulance Service WEL Medical Ltd

Well done all involved with 'Lesley's Team' who have worked to ensure that a community defibrillator is available within all the villages of Washington. She was an inspiration and we are proud to have been able to support her and be part of the team. #keepthebeat WEL Medical Ltd
