As a 20yo, I had a union grievance filed against me for using one of these to drive 4 posts to mark off a plot of soil as part of our carbon sequestration research at ORNL. So I learned what this is for. And that the union required 2 people to accomplish this Herculean task.

What a season for these ladies! 100+ teams, top pool/division, and top platinum bracket champions. Love these girls, their awesome coaches, and their parents. Just an incredible run over these years.

These are the best days with the best teammates. Success doesn’t happen overnight and we built something special together. #TnTrotters2030Williams

New JAMA guidelines synopsis of last years KDIGO CKD guidelines. How in the world would protein restriction (2C) be listed above flozins and RASi (1A and 1B) as the first selected recommendation? Bury that recommendation where it belongs.

I frequently use this line in describing a lack of ability to prioritize what’s important. The main thing is to make the main thing the main thing.

Saw this but with Clear about an hour ago at MCO. Literally no line for Precheck. But two dudes went through Clear and actually lost time compared to skipping it. I was dumbfounded.

Although often used interchangeably, dehydration & volume depletion are not the same 📌 Dehydration refers to “loss of total body water” (leads to hypertonicity) 📌 Volume depletion refers to an ECFV deficit #Nephpearls 👉🏼 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21705120/

A thing I’ve noticed in medicine is we build up a wall of stoicism to deal with death and loss. But I feel sickened now. Just infuriatingly senseless. Praying for Charlie Kirk’s wife and young children, family, and coworkers, for His peace and strength to support them.

Last night’s performance is why I’ve learned to be wary of high expectations for any Carolina team. Sellers being out hurt, but giving up 30+ at home would have been tough to overcome with how the offense had looked through 9 quarters.

Hey Nephrology Journal Club Looks like Twitter is still around despite your uncertainty about its “long-term future” in this incredibly prescient (/s) post from nearly 3 years ago. Are you happy with the “nasty elements” in your blue app? Or you just agree with them so it’s cool?
