Family Hubs community event at Lancashire Hill #startwelllivewellandthrive Stockport NHS FT Emma McDonough Anne-Marie Gallogly💙

A lovely couple hours at the #onestockportfamilyhubs community connections day at Lancashire hill. Over 100 meals shared, signed up 2 new nursery children, 4 new pantry members, youth work plans for spring, EHCP app sign ups too. And community cafe volunteer D won the raffle!

Fun half term activity for the kids?! Why not leaflet 500 properties for the upcoming #onestockportfamilyhubs community connections day on Lancashire hill? Treated them to a Greggs after, I'm not that mean to them. Well one Doug and Liz!
