Hey CrossCountry Trains your 1012 service from Birmingham to Plymouth has only 5 carriages & people are having to stand in aisles & luggage areas, including a bloke with breathing apparatus & mobility scooter, a woman with pushchair & toddler & that’s just in the vestibule I’m in.

People pay a fortune in fares & this is the appalling service they get in return. The staff are apologetic but that doesn’t change the fact you’re ripping people off.
