WeLDNurses 💙 I'm not sure. Is there any indication nationally of liaison roles in trusts? Leeds has a fairly large varied MDT (nurses SLT and Physio) but not sure what is out there nationally #WeLDNs

Hospital passports have been around for a while now, and there’s been some excellent examples of what they should contain, but do you find them a useful tool? #WeLDNs

So, moving on! Do you feel there is enough access within acute settings to tools such as easy read documents/ appointment letters or communication aids? #WeLDNs

Other than what we’ve touched on already, what else should be available to support access to acute services for someone with learning disabilities? #WeLDNs
