Can’t quite believe that when I had a non fault claim on one of my Admiral car policies, which hasn’t transferred over to my other Admiral car policy, their validation team has now added it, & increased my premium and charged me Β£30 for the pleasure! Way to reward loyalty eh!

Incredibly disappointed in MSC Cruises UK customer service, seems there is incredible inflexibility when trying to navigate an issue they caused by moving a ship, leaving us with having to make huge changes to our family trip of a lifetime.
