Really helpful feedback on #socialprescribing which gives context to the issues that community organisations like Chiltern Music Therapy face in keeping connected to Link Workers and getting referrals coming into our community hubs. It needs investment!

My sun dance worked and the blue skies are here! 🙌 VERY excited that our dream of hundreds of voices, singing together in a breathtaking setting is coming true today! The Chiltern Music Therapy team, our community group, our families and local choirs as one voice today! ❤️

Just wonderful ❤️❤️ Pure joy last weekend at Waddesdon! 1st time our Chiltern Music Therapy online choirs met in person, 1st time we’d all sung together in years. Happy tears were shed, we sang with the birds in the Aviary and got to rehearse and perform with 100 other voices 🙌🙌
